Serendipity

Destiny, fatality, signs, fate, happy ending… Do you believe in the meaning of these words? Have you ever thought about it? If you saw the film “Serendipity”, your answer must be “Yes”. This film tells the story of LOVE – a feeling that can to greatly change our life.

On one winter evening, two people meet each other. Both of them have got lovers, but in spite of this, they realize that there is something special between them and it is more than just sympathy. They have a chance to begin a happy life together, but they decide to let destiny determine whether they will be together or not. So, she writes her telephone number on a book, he – on a bank note, and they throw these two things into the outer world, hoping that they will come back to them. And it must happen, because destiny gave them a special feeling – serendipity…

Every day we wake up, wash our face, go to university, and do hundreds of other things, trying to bring some sense into our life. But if we stop for a moment and take our mind off of our everyday fuss we will realize that all our efforts are made for only one goal and the name of this goal is LOVE. It doesn’t matter what kind of LOVE it is: for your husband, friends or family – it must be the part of your life and that is everything. We want to be the bosses of our life, but, who knows, maybe the only master of our future is destiny. Maybe all our words, actions and feelings are just part of a grand plan which was written in the heavens or somewhere else. Would you believe it if someone told you that there is only one person suitable for you in the whole world and the only way to find him/her is to trust your serendipity?

If we look the word “serendipity” up in a dictionary, we will read the following meaning: “An aptitude for making desirable discoveries by accident.” But what about the meaning of this word regarding love? If you want to know the answer to this question you have to see the film “Serendipity”.
