I am looking for a prince...

“I am a divorced woman, looking for a man to snuggle by the fire and go on trips around the world with. You have to be honest and sweet. I am a grandmother of 9 and mother of 4 daughters. I am looking for a semi-serious relationship”.

You know I saw it on some dating site and it made me smile. Every girl or woman dreams about a prince in her life. But where is the prince whom we see in movies, read about in books?

Well I decided to ask my friends about their idea of a real prince.

Natasha: “Actually I’ve already found my real prince. He is the most handsome man in the world for me. He is a leader in our relationship so he will be the wonderful head of our family...”

Lena: “A prince mustn’t be handsome, he must be charming, clever and attentive...”

Olya: “He must be tolerant and patient...”

In fact these girls have boyfriends…

Their eyes sparkle when they look at them, butterflies fly in their stomachs... love makes them alive.

But still there are a lot of girls who are waiting for their prince. It is sad but nowadays his portrait is something like this:

1. Handsome (“he looks like Brad Pitt”)

2. Rich (“he will drive me in his expensive car”). But girls don’t you think that this quatrain will perfectly suit such boys:

They walk with stature and undeniable grace,
But after night of dancing your toes will have to be replaced.
He’s a sweet talker; he’ll tell you what you want to hear,
But is he really telling the truth when he says, “I love you dear”. (Davin Barnett)

So how to find a real prince?

1. I think the main problem for us girls is that we can’t wait. So we begin to rush to find and in the end – disappointment.

2. We often look at other girls who have boyfriends and in the end – envy.

3. We constantly cry: I am alone, nobody loves me, in the end – despondency.

So I want to give you a piece of advice: to wait, not to envy, not to be depressed.

If you learn to wait you’ll have much time for other things, for example, for studying. If you learn not to envy you will have a kind heart. If you learn not to be depressed you will love the world. And now can you imagine: Clever, Kind, Cheerful – You become a PRINCESS! And only a real prince will find his princess himself!

The thing about falling in love is that if you do it right, you never have to hit the ground.
